He is a professional in true sense of the word. We had an inoperable GFCI outlet which he came to fix. He was very thorough and systematic in resolving the issue. He checked all the wiring and other interconnected outlets to make sure there was no other problem before replacing the GFCI outlet. By the way, I could tell that he works very hard, because he came over to fix the outlet on a Sunday night even though it was not an emergency.
